How do I withdrawal funds from my account?
Download the Funds Redemption Form. The redemption form needs to be filled out and submitted either by fax to 1.212.937.3845 or through email to sales@fxdd.com. Please note, US Federal law prohibits FXDD from redeeming funds to a bank account of person that is different than the name and account used to open the account.

 

What currencies can I deposit in?
You can wire funds in any deliverable currency but please be advised that your bank will convert your local currency into USD before remitting the funds to your account. ForexMeta only allows trading in USD.

 

Does ForexMeta process any tax deductions on profit generated?
Income reporting is the responsibility of the individual customer. You should discuss this matter with your tax advisor.

 

Does ForexMeta accept credit cards as deposits?
Yes, ForexMeta accepts credit card deposits.

 

What Bank does ForexMeta use for customer deposits?
ForexMeta uses JP Morgan Chase for customer deposits.

 

Does ForexMeta offer FDIC insured accounts?
No, ForexMeta is not a bank; therefore trading accounts are not FDIC insured.

 

Can Funds be transferred from a Bank account other than my own?
Funds can only be transferred from the bank account listed on the form, or a matching name from a different bank account.

 

How long does it take for funding to reach my account?
Personal checks take up to five business days to clear.
Bank wires show up in the account within 24-36 hours.
Paypal transfers take 4-5 business days.
